Who sees what
Access is checked on the data itself, not just on the page, so a teacher cannot see another teacher's classes even by changing the web address.
Teacher
Only the classes they teach, the students in those classes, their own materials, timesheet and notes.
Substitute
Only the classes they cover, only on the days they cover, then access ends.
Management team
Everything: all classes and students, every teacher's notes, timesheet approval and time-off requests.
How it works
1. Only @beyondyoung.org Google accounts can sign in.
2. The planning sheet decides which classes belong to which teacher; a substitute gets a grant with start and end dates.
3. Every list and every note is filtered by that assignment before it reaches the page.
4. Notes are visible to their author and the management team only. Every view and post is logged.
